If you've sent me email and I've not replied, it's possible that your message was mistakenly caught in my spam filters. I've had the same email address for about thirteen years, and all of the spammers seem to have it, so my spam volume frequently exceeds one thousand messages per day. Because of this, I have very aggressive spam filtering in place.
No technology is perfect, and there are a lot of "false positives" in my spam detection system. Most notably, many messages sent from Windows computers get flagged as spam because Microsoft can't write email software (or much of any other kind, for that matter) to save their lives...their stuff ignores practically every established international networking standard ever written, resulting in a lot of false hits by the spam filter.
If you suspect this has happened to you, you may contact me via the "contact me" link on the left side of this page. I will then add your email address to my spam filters "white list" which will enable me to receive your messages without further difficulty.
